Hopefully, we are all across holistic wellness being more than eating organics and the importance of holistic wellness.
I’ve met plenty of people who eat really well who mentally have their own set of challenges. We all have our own set of challenges; mentally, physically, health, spiritually.
If there’s one thing I’d highlight here, is that the greatest hope I think we have as a species to survive in the next century or so, is to increase our level of consciousness.
The more aware we become of the impact of our thoughts and actions on ourselves, the more aware we become of the impact of our thoughts and behaviours on others.
The more aware we become of the impact of our thoughts and behaviours on the planet, the more conscious we become of self, which leads to us becoming more conscious of others and more conscious of the environment.
We then become more likely to change our behaviours and the way we treat ourselves, the way that we treat others, and ultimately, the way we treat our planet.
No matter what, our planet is going to be fine.
But, how we survive the next couple of centuries will come down to how we take care of the planet.
We’ve come from tribes…
To these big cities.
It’s like we’re doing this big 360 going back to the importance of community. I think that is the result of consciousness. We’re seeing social media birthing all these communities.
The more conscious we become as human beings, the more conscious our communities become, the greater our leaders in our communities become.
All as a result of the heightened levels of consciousness and lower levels of ego. I think the greater potential we have to go to the next level as a species.
For me, this is our greatest hope.
