People used to go to Google to investigate products and services, now they go to Facebook, and Instagram, and LinkedIn and other social networks.

The question is when they go to your page are they impressed or distressed? Are they compelled to buy or are they put off? What was their lasting impression?

These are all really important questions to consider. Because these are the questions that could be making you money or losing you money.
