A lot of people ask me, what is a culture?
And a culture is more than a ping pong table and a lot of stuff on the wall. A culture is formed as a result of great leadership, and great leadership is when someone can communicate three things really well.
The purpose of the business, why the business exists.
The mission of the business, what is it that you’re trying to do in the next 10 to 20 years at a big scale.
And also lives and demonstrates values, that actually create an energy and a standard of what’s considered acceptable behavior.
Great leadership creates great culture. Great culture attracts great talent. And great talent attracts great clients.
