One of the biggest challenges that many businesses face when it comes to growth is actually hiring for the scale and recruiting the right talent in order to get them the growth that they require.
Many people actually recruit based on the capacity issues that they have today, rather than actually thinking six to 12 months to 18 months down the track and recruiting for the scaling issues that they?re going to have then.
If you really want to grow, if you really want to scale, you need to recruit and you need to hire based on the growth that you want, not the growth that you have. Scale fast!
