I’ve been lost many times, but I think being lost is often what is required to find yourself. And we can’t find ourselves until we’ve been lost.
I can typically read someone’s psychology within about 30 seconds of speaking to them, just simply by the words that fall out of their mouth. And when I say fall out of their mouth, most people aren’t conscious of what they’re saying. They’re just allowing the same old things to come out because this is the pattern of language they’ve been using for years.
For me, I think a sign of humility is when someone gives you feedback and you have the ability to sit, listen and not feel like you have to respond.
You need to be open to feedback.
I got asked an interesting question on my show #HeyKerwin recently – it was, ‘When is it ok to be focused on money?’ I thought I would share my response on the blog because so many people place such a high emphasis on money, and that mindset can bring about some pretty serious consequences.
Money has its own hierarchy, and money has its own value system.
So, here’s what I’ve observed that money is looking for if you want it to flow to you in abundance.
One area I get so f#cking sick and tired of hearing about is why you can’t get your sh!t together on social media. So I’ve compiled the top excuses business owners use to not produce content, grow their following and put themselves out there online…and I have BUSTED all of them, leaving you with ZERO reason not to start!
It just takes one piece of content to go viral. One piece of content that puts you on the map. One piece of content that could potentially change your business forever…
There comes a time in your life when you realise everything is your fault, and that time needs to be now.
Everything in your life is your fault.
Who would agree that while fear has saved you from a lot of pain and potential personal damage, it’s also prevented you from living a much fuller life?
I think that’s where the rub is.
You can see all the potential in the world in someone, but at the end of the day, in order for them to succeed they’ve got to see that potential in themselves.
